Leadership

People are my passion - and I believe in the power of authentic leadership, inspiring role models and story telling. A wonderful friend recently told my one of my superpowers was story telling!

Stories I like to tell include:

  • My personal journey with my own mental health and wellbeing - and what I learnt about myself on this journey

  • The power of sharing my mental health journey with over 20,000 people at PwC and the impact this had on the culture of the organisation

  • How to manage a career in professional services whilst being a new mum

  • What I learnt from building a brand new chain of supermarkets during a pandemic

  • What I learnt about my mental health from breaking my leg - and losing my job!

  • What I have learnt from a career pivot into the world of tech start ups!

I can also provide hands on support for your DE&I, wellbeing and mental health strategies.

If your organisation would value an authentic and inspiring keynote speaker or facilitator - on any of these topics - please do get in touch.

Experience

Mental health

  • I was one of PwC's first Partner Mental Health Advocates when PwC launched its mental health strategy in 2018 - you can learn more about this by clicking here.

  • I was recognised on the first InsideOut LeaderBoard which celebrates senior people in business being open about their mental health. I am now a Trustee of this charity.

Check out my blog which features posts about mental health here.

People Leadership

  • Part of the leadership team of the largest business unit in the UK with revenue of c£150m per year and 1,200 people across seven offices. I had responsibility for all the people-related aspects of the business including recruitment, reward, diversity & inclusion, wellbeing and performance management.

Keynote speaking

  • I regularly speak at events and deliver keynote sessions as part of my role at FormScore. Most recently delivering a session for the global leadership of one of the UK's largest retailers.
